Director
Brent is a trusted planning consultant and property developer, with over 20 years experience across the public and private sectors. He has played a key role in sourcing and leading complex development projects from concept through to completion and sale. As a well-rounded property professional, with over 2000 schemes in his career, Brent has the expertise and mindset required to lead a dynamic and successful property development company.
James Ewen
Director
As owner of a large property portfolio, and founder and past director of the Scottish Association of Landlords, James is a property entrepreneur and investor, with an unrivalled breadth of understanding of the Scottish property market.
Over the past 20 years, he has completed a large variety of development projects, including office to residential conversions, new builds, and the restoration of listed buildings. He brings a keen eye for detail and innovative design concepts.
Harry Droop
Director
Harry has a wealth of experience in residential property, having begun his career in lettings and then working as a consultant at a leading Edinburgh property investment firm. Specialising in the disposition and acquisition of large scale property portfolios, he is an astute property negotiator and deal finder.
Harry has also overseen the overhaul and completion of a dilapidated farm in Highland Perthshire and set up a thriving accommodation and events business. He brings enthusiasm to all he does and excels in relationships and networking.
